- Intro = Stages 1-3 (Ordinary World, Call, Refusal) — soft, inviting
- Middle = Stages 4-7 (Mentor, Threshold, Tests, Cave) — building, mysterious
- Climax = Stages 8-9 (Ordeal, Reward) — emotionally dense, dramatic
- Outro = Stages 10-12 (Road Back, Resurrection, Return) — releasing, integrative
Anchor sounds in the Hero's Journey
- Anchor 1 (Q) — Singing bowl (deep) · at Crossing the Threshold (stage 5). Transition marker.
- Anchor 2 (W) — Finger snap · at Meeting with the Mentor (stage 4) or Reward (stage 9). Awareness-amplifier.
