Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law per §7 para. 1 TMG. Under §§8–10 TMG, we are however not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete legal violation becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites of third parties whose content we have no influence over. We cannot therefore accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for their content. The linked sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. A permanent content control of linked sites is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. Upon becoming aware of any violations, we will remove such links immediately.
