1 · The three tiers

  • Annual · €99/year · 1 device · renew yearly
  • Lifetime · €149 once · 1 device · for life, no subscription
  • Practice · €199 once (intro, regular €249) · 3 devices in parallel · for practice PC + laptop + backup

All tiers include all updates of this app version (0.x). Major updates (1.0) free for Lifetime/Practice users.

2 · Get the activation code

After purchase you receive an email with code in format:

HTL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

HTL = Lifetime, HTJ = Annual, HTP = Practice. Save the code — you'll need it for device transfers.

3 · Activate in the app

  1. Start app (license-gate appears without active license)
  2. Enter code — ideally copy and paste it straight from your purchase email. The app does not change upper or lower case; it only strips spaces and line breaks at the start and end.
  3. Click "Activate and continue"
  4. App contacts our servers briefly (1-3 sec), validates, registers your device
  5. License-gate disappears, app opens cockpit

Activation requires internet once. After that, the app keeps working without internet — license stored as signed token locally. At start-up the app re-checks the license online once the activation or the last successful check is at least seven days old. If there is no connection at that point, it silently carries on with the stored state and tries again at the next start.

4 · Device transfer (Lifetime / Annual)

  1. On OLD device: Settings → "Software & License" → "License" card → "Remove license from this device", then confirm
  2. On NEW device: install app, enter same code

If your old device is broken and you couldn't deactivate: log in to the LemonSqueezy customer portal with the email from your purchase. You'll see your license there and can flag the activation for support — the device reset itself (as of 2026) still goes through the vendor backend, but is usually done within one business day.

5 · Practice license: 3 devices

The practice license allows 3 parallel activations. You manage them in the LemonSqueezy customer portal — sign in with the email address you bought with. It shows the list of active devices, the activation date per device, and a "Deactivate" button for each.

6 · No license = no app

Without activation, app shows license-gate — features unreachable. Not a trial mode with watermark — all or nothing.

7 · Refund

14-day refund period. Request the refund in the LemonSqueezy customer portal — open your order, request a refund. We confirm, money goes back to the original payment method (5-7 business days), license is centrally deactivated.
