1 · The three tiers

All tiers include all updates of this app version (0.x). Major updates (1.0) free for Lifetime/Practice users.
2 · Get the activation code
After purchase you receive an email with code in format:
HTL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
HTL = Lifetime, HTJ = Annual, HTP = Practice. Save the code — you'll need it for device transfers.
3 · Activate in the app
- Start app (license-gate appears without active license)
- Enter code (case auto-converted)
- Click „Activate"
- App contacts our servers briefly (1-3 sec), validates, registers your device
- License-gate disappears, app opens cockpit
Activation requires internet once. After that, app works fully offline — license stored as signed token locally.
4 · Device transfer (Lifetime / Annual)
- On OLD device: Settings → License → „Deactivate on this device"
- On NEW device: install app, enter same code
If your old device is broken and you couldn't deactivate: log in to the LemonSqueezy customer portal with the email from your purchase. You'll see your license there and can flag the activation for support — the device reset itself (as of 2026) still goes through the vendor backend, but is usually done within one business day.
5 · Practice license: 3 devices
Practice license allows 3 parallel activations. License dashboard online (login page) shows: active devices list, activation date per device, „Deactivate" button per device.
6 · No license = no app
Without activation, app shows license-gate — features unreachable. Not a trial mode with watermark — all or nothing.
7 · Refund
14-day refund period. Request the refund in the LemonSqueezy customer portal — open your order, request a refund. We confirm, money goes back to the original payment method (5-7 business days), license is centrally deactivated.
